The Ocean City Jazz Festival (OCJF) is North Topsail Beach’s premier cultural event organized by the Ocean City Beach Citizens Council, a 501 c3, non-profit corporation. The Music Fest, which takes place the weekend of the July 4th holiday, features local and nationally, recognized musicians.
Our mission is to promote and preserve the history and culture of the Ocean City Community in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina. Support tourism through financial support of the diversity that Jazz inspires and prevent the destruction of this historical site.
